Trusting the Body's Wisdom with Chandler Stevens

Chandler Stevens is an incredible movement coach whose work centers around how embodiment translates into the rest of our lives. Through his self-created practice of Ecosomatics, he helps his clients feel at home in their bodies so they can show up as the greatest version of themselves in all areas of their lives. He thinks deeply about big and small questions, and creates beautifully open environments and opportunities for people to begin to discover and integrate with their whole selves. I am so thrilled Chandler took the time to record this episode, as we share many common passions and interests and got to unpack many of them through our conversation together.
