Opening the Mind through Movement with Elizabeth Chitty Sandoval

Elizabeth Chitty Sandoval is one of the wisest and most deeply empathetic people I’ve encountered. Her sensitivity to the many ways our bodies communicate with us allow her to draw incredibly sophisticated connections between movement and how it influences our lives. She works as a craniosacral therapist and structural integration specialist, and also holds the title of Director of the Colorado School of Energy Studies in Boulder, Colorado. Elizabeth's life and work are focused on how to create clearer perspective around the signals our body is giving us all the time, and how to listen more closely to those signals in order to reap the benefits of that innate intelligence. I loved every moment of this conversation with Elizabeth and hope you all enjoy it as much as I did!

To connect further with Elizabeth and learn more about her work, you can head over to her website or her Instagram account.
